That is why Focus built an electric mountain bike that is specially constructed for just that – going downhill. This is shown in every detail of the Sam². As a result, the 2022 Sam² 6.7 eBike became a rough riding, rock skipping, big travel, slack angle, turn crushing and sliding pro e-MTB. However, it is not only made for the downhill. This electric bike also offers a lot of ascend-fun too which is possible with its powerful Bosch Performance CX e-motor and 625Wh battery. The drive will support you for up to 25km/h due to its impressive 85 Newton torque, meaning you don’t have to worry about the ups, only the downs. And the removable PowerTube batter will have you going on and on!

We know how much smooth sailing and rough terrain handling means to you, and that is why Focus has integrated a 170mm travel fork with F.O.L.D kinematics, including a high-performing FOX VAN Coil rear shock and FOX 38 Float front suspension fork. Providing you with the perfect balance in riding abilities – where both coil and air shocks work at their best.

The e-mountain bike comes with a wheel size that offers amazing surface grip and is made for bump roll-overs. The seat angle is perfectly designed for climbing and the FOCUS Flip Chip option allows adjustments for those who want to go radical. All these elements make up the new definition of e-Enduro.

When developing the Sam² e-bikes, Focus integrated a special C.I.S. (Cockpit Integration Solution) that gives the electric bicycle a clean and aerodynamic cockpit as well as ensures seamless shifting and braking. As a result, C.I.S. provides the first functioning stem with internal cable routing for mechanical shifting.
